What are the factors you need to consider in creating an ICT PROJECT?

1. Conceptualizing your project.

2. Researching on available data about your topic.

3. Setting deadline and meetings.

4. Assigning people to various tasks.

5. Finding a web or blog host.

6. Creating a site map for your website.

7. Listing down all applications that you need including web apps.

8. Funding

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that ICT projects are managed in a structured way using a subset of the Prince2 project management method, ensuring that ICT projects are fully documented and controlled at all stages of implementation. The project flowchart attached shows the stages of an ICT project.

What are the difficulties you experienced while doing your ICT PROJECT?

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a huge opportunity to bring about major and enduring social change in the developed world. In particular, the rapid penetration of mobile connectivity has led to significant changes in the lives of the vulnerable in both rural and urban settings. All data shows that this pattern will continue, as supply increases and access costs continue to decrease.

However, this new potential and opportunity is accompanied by significant challenges and possible threats. Other problems participants faced at home were virus threat, signal problem in Internet, slow speed of computers, lack of access of Internet, lack of technical support, and poor working condition of computers. Students face more problems regarding the use of ICT at university than at home.

What kind of content would encourage or motivate you to participate in call to action? 

Offer something extra. Sometimes you may have to sweeten the deal to encourage users to complete a call to action. Incentives could include discounts, entry into a competition or a free gift. Everybody loves freebies.

How will you rate your knowledge in ICT?

I lack knowledge in some areas, and I know that I don't have the best outcomes. However, that does not mean that I'm really that bad. I work very hard in improving myself, and so I'm confident enough to say that I can be better in the future.

Honestly, I would rate myself 7/10. Not that good, but not that bad.
